I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul Trikha: I was refered to Paul by a physio for a full knee replacement which took place on the 8th September 2015: From my initial consultation to my follow up appointment today, two weeks after the operation I had full confidence in Mr Trikha's knowledge and ability. He was very straightforward in the initial review, explained clearly what the proceedure would be and has performed an amazing transformation to a joint that was causing me constant pain. I am today, 15 days after the operation able to walk unaided, and havegood flexion in my new knee, to the point where my kness can straighten for the first time in 25 years. He is a very confident and competent individual, with an excellent patient manner.

From the first time I saw Mr Trikha in April regarding my knee, he has been very professional and has given me a lot of confidence before during and after the operation. He performed a microfracture repair on damaged articular cartilage in my left knee and advised me on a knee brace to wear and physio to see. Fifteen weeks later, I am now walking without the brace and building up the strength in my knee and hopefully in the not to distant future be back horse riding and taking my dogs to dog agility. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Trikha and if I require any further surgery on my knees, I would want him to do it. A big thank you to Mr Trikha.

Mr Trikha approach to surgery is how all consultants should be. Clear and to the point. He lets you know exactly how things are going to be and makes the whole procedure very clear highlighting the risks and the benefits. i have suffered with pain in both my knees for the last 10 years and had various operations which did not really help. However after only 5 weeks since my knee replacement I was walking with out sticks and i am confident that with a bit of hard work I'll be back on my bike and the golf course very soon.

Mr Paul Trikha has improved my mobility with his excellent analysis of my condition. He tells you straight what is expected of you as well which I like so you are aware that you have an obligation to take care of certain criteria he may deem necessary to aid your recovery and prolong your health. His ability to improve my particular condition I will be indebted to him as a previous GP had written me off. He saved the medical profession money and my time by using the correct equipment to fully diagnose my particular condition. I hope not to see him again but if any ailments do occur within his field I will be demanding to be seen by him only.
